From Eastern New Jersey
take Route 22 West
(or from Rte 287 exit to Rte. 22West)
Continue on 22 West past Bridgewater Commons Mall until you hit a series of three lights.
Just before the 3rd light is the Met Life building.
Just past the 3rd light, exit onto the jughandle to cross back over to eastbound Rte. 22.
After crossing over Rte 22 to the eastbound side, continue about 1/4 of a mile to the church entrance.
The gym is in the building on the left.
From the South take route 206 North to Rte 22 West and continue as above through the series of 3 lights.
From Western New Jersey take Rte 22 East and about 1/2 mile past the Rte 28.
Somerville exit will be the entrance as above.
