Pope John Paul II invited our Catholic youth to “lead our church into the third millennium of Christianity.” It is the mission of the Office of Young Adult Ministry to provide direction and leadership for young adults so they can become the leaders of our Church.

We support the many young adult ministries that exist throughout our diocese and beyond. We work in partnership with the individuals leading numerous New Jersey based young adult ministry groups and apostolates, as well as with the leadership of the other New Jersey Diocesan Young Adult Ministry offices.

One of the most popular programs we offer is “Spirituality on Tap”. These informal sessions give young adult Catholics an opportunity to learn about issues of faith and religion, often in a pub type setting where they can unwind and socialize.
